How do I delete my data?

All your data (scenarios, game sessions, AI models) is stored locally on your device. To delete everything, simply uninstall the app. You can also delete individual scenarios, sessions, or downloaded models from within the app.

What devices are supported?

Ashentale requires an iPhone 15 Pro or newer (devices with 8GB RAM or more) running iOS 17 or later. Older devices do not have enough memory to run AI models locally.

How much storage do AI models need?

AI models range from approximately 500 MB to 5 GB depending on the model tier:

Scribe (1B parameters): ~0.5 GB
Bard (3B parameters): ~1.8 GB
Archmage (8B parameters): ~4.5 GB

Do I need an internet connection?

An internet connection is only needed to download AI models. Once a model is downloaded, the app works entirely offline. Gameplay, scenario creation, and all AI text generation happen on your device.

How do I restore my purchases?

Go to Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. This will restore any previously purchased scenario packs or subscriptions linked to your Apple ID.

Is my data private?

Yes. Ashentale does not collect, transmit, or store any of your data on external servers. Everything stays on your device. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

The app is generating low-quality content

Try switching to a larger AI model. The Archmage (8B) model produces the best narrative quality, while Scribe (1B) is faster but may produce less coherent text. You can change models in the app Settings.
